Was down to Mirtle Beach mid June of 2015 and was right on the beach. Could see from our balconey what looked bikes on the beach. Later went down to the beach and walked around and checked ou the pile of bikes. These were 3 wheelers where the front is chain drive wheel and the rear two wheels is where you sit. I have seen them befor and rode a couple of them. There are OK for hard pack just I woudl not think they go good on the sandy beach. Need the Fat Tire ones. This is Atlantic Beach Salt water and salt in the air. Took these pic just rusted like crazy. Not sure how long they were there. Look at the crank arms scaly rust. Just thinking if they throw them away just throw a couple my way!! How do I get them on the plane??

What a shame. Probably going to the scrappers eventually. The auto industry scrapped shitloads of Worksman bikes and trikes, probably some Schwinn Heavy Duties too, years ago.

I guess you can't save them all. I bet you could make a good spin cycle with those bikes!! Anybody make or have one?? I made one awhile back (Kids were small) but have not had it out in years.

I've got a spinny that a friend started but never finished. There use to be a bunch of them in the Michigan group. The Owosso Peddlers also built a few.
