Join us on the 2nd Saturday of the month for HollyWEIRD #157 -December the 10th 2022.
On Dec. 10th, Human Rights Day is the 75th anniversary of the day in 1948 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We are all born equal and should be treated as such. Every person deserves a set of rights by which they can live their life as they choose, and without being oppressed, suppressed or owned by someone else.
We should remember our human rights every day, but on December 10 we should remember them just a little bit more and embrace everyone around us as equals.

HollyWEIRD is a social ride. Its fun to meet new people, it's a diverse group, young, old, rich, poor, and a million other differences. We all just want to be outside having fun riding our bikes.

The start of the ride - we will meet at 1:00 and ride out from the Library at 2:00.
The sunset will be at 5:30 pm on our ride so it's a good idea to load up your bikes with lots of lights as we will be returning to the Library in the dark.

This has always been a very relaxing ride. It's great fun to see old friends and make some new ones.
If you are taking the train, consider taking the later 10:00 train, or if you need to leave early, get yourself to the 6:50 train.

1st meet-up is at the Hollywood Library, right on Hollywood Blvd, just east of 1-95.
We will meet at 1:00 and ride out from the Library at 2:00.
Second stop is at Hollywood beach BLUE WALL then we make a stop at MargaritaVille's public restrooms, then another stop at FOOD KING by Ocean's 13 for sandwiches, and refreshments. This is also a good time to take a dip in the ocean.
The big Meet-up is at the now closed Dania Beach Bar and grill around 5:00. Look for us at the picnic tables behind the where the band used to play.
Many riders park their cars at the Pier parking lot and leave from there.
On the way back to the Library we usually stop for some garlic knots and pizza along the way.

Others can stay at beach till sunset and we leave and go back to the Library to get to the cars.
