TIII originally posted on Thu Mar 20, 2014 .... I got to the church and expected some who get word from a friend of a friend about Choppernite to be parked at the church. Nope! The gravel lot West sode was roped off and the Greek church parking lot had about 25 cars already in it, with NO bikes in sight. As bike drivers pulled in, they saw the lack of bikes anywhere and put it together. They did good. SOME even RODE their BIKES to Choppernite! Awesome! The Greek Church is very good to the Freakbike Militia. Our group is and has always been very respectful, leaving the parking lot cleaner than when we found it. This ride we were told we did not have use of the lot, and I was impressed, the Freakdrive Militia found places to park. :o Good job Freakbike Militia! I thought SOMEONE would say 'fck it!'. But I'm glad to be wrong. Choppernite 43 was a winner with all riders being good boys and girls. ...no one parked at the church. TIII

Junkman posted on Mon Mar 31, 2014 A lot of the old timers will call a tall bike a "Flip bike" due to the first tall bikes being made by flipping the frame as in this APRIL 1964 Popular Mechanics article. When I saw Shawn's JOHN FROM JUPITER's flip frame tall bike it reminded me of those first tall bikes. I like the way he made a new longer rear end and the grated first step up. I lobbied hard for this bike to get the Junky Lemon award. Great FREAKBIKE!!!!

TIII asked on Wed Apr 02, 2014 ....
Was it Shaun from Jupiter? Or John from Jupiter? I was sober but I heard "John".
BUT I also don't use respirators.
Junkman replied on Apr 04, 2014 ....
John from Jupiter sounds good. I edited my post.
Oh yeah, it was Shawn (or Sean) that was riding the awesome Tadpole Trike.
I sometimes wonder if those in the Witness Protection Programs want their names posted, so I just list the ones I am sure don't mind their name to be used.

Gizmo quoted Junkman on Apr 04, 2014 ....
Is this the greatest freakbike and rider EVER? Karina is a very regular rider for our Choppernites.
and posted ....
There should be some kind of rule about anyone enjoying riding a bike that much! I'll bet Karina is a ball to be around!

TIII posted on Apr 05, 2014 ....
Funny but Karina and I have lived in WPB for almost 20 years. I might see her around town once every two years as a 'people in your neighborhood' thing.
But Choppernite? She's there! Nothing else (yet).
In the last few days I saw a post on Jack The Bikemans fb page with a picture of her donating a bike. I clicked her name, sent a 'friend' thing and now I have a way to invite her to OTHER Freakbike events.
I might use the fb TOO much, but it IS a way to get information IN FRONT of a LOT of people with the same amount of clicks typing.
This is a good time to mention that ALL Freakbike rides get their event posted HERE on the FBN pages. On fb, I ONLY LINK to HERE. NO Freakbike ride will ever have it's event posted on fb where only members can see it (<----THAT part is the freaking WORST part of the WHOLE thing.) EVERY Freakbike event will be HERE, and anything ELSE will link TO this. Fair.
OH! I'm not at the NorWay right now. BUT a recap is coming soon with a few of my pictures.

TIII posted on Apr 30, 2014 .... Almost a month later.... Ug. Babygorilla made a NEW Junky Lemon trophy that DIDNT quite make it in one piece to this Choppernite. He DID modify it so it STAYS on the winning bike to display so ALL can see a true ridable Freakbike inspiration. Here is a shot of TimmyT removing it from his last Choppernites winning ride. John From Jupiter was our winner, picked by TimmyT to be our JunkyLemon of Choppernite 43. Installation SHOULD be easy for a Freakbiker. Yup, it was!

TIII posted on Apr 30, 2014 .... KennyP won our Son of Bike of The Nite Cup. SO fitting as it was for sale AND SOLD to Sisco in Miami THAT NIGHT! I would bet Junkmans photo is not as blurry. BUT I'm far sighted so this looks normal to me. And bourbon. I was also able to get two 'me WITH my bike' photos. One of our long standing Choppernite riders WITHOUT a Freakbike. BUT he DOES cork for us so he gets the head-nod. Wetpaint.

TIII posted on Apr 30, 2014 .... And our new friend Andreas with his bike. Riders like this riding ANY bike are HIGHLY encouraged to ride with us. They SEE what we ride, see we welcome first as friends, so they feel welcome, and THEN they show up on a rad custom build! THIS is ACTUALLY how it works! Great time!
