FreakBikers are usually considered to be the builders and riders of slow cruising bicycles that scoff at the normal bicycle designs that most of the members of public are use to. Every so often however, their are guys and girls that walk the faster side of Freakdom. They still build some crazy looking stuff, but their bikes just go a hell of a lot faster! Waterford Hills Raceway in Waterford, Michigan offers the Michigan Human Powered Vehicles Association a place for these FastFreaks to get fast! On May 17 - 18 of this year, members of the FreakBike Nation - Great Lakes Freaks visited this event and enjoyed a couple of days of "Go Fast".

Another of my favorites. This is just so cool! Even dogs like cool bikes!

... and there was this ... It works similar to pushing off on a skateboard, but once you got it rolling you kind of pushed back and forth to propel it with your momentum. Unfortunately no one got it rolling very far, not even the guy who built it. I so wanted to steal it and weld on a pedal drive system and a seat!
