Gizmo posted in March, 2012 .... "At a bike show last season we got a reminder of an all too common problem. Bikes lined up on the grass, drawing the intended and desired attention from spectators, when one of those admirers gets a little too up close and personal. The fan lovingly touches a handlebar and ooopps, like dominoes, that line of bikes goes down to the horror of the proud owners / builders.
Saw a version of one solution to this problem yesterday, the EZ Bike Stand. ezbikeproducts.com/ Perhaps a little lite duty for our heavier freakbikes and maybe little pricey at $50 a pop but not a bad model for emulating in something a bit beefier to hold up our prized steeds."

Chainsaw .... "Yeah, Gotavan should buy one for his fat tired bike! Do they come in "husky" size? Being serious though, we ALL need to definitely check into this or something similar to keep the bikes upright. It's aggravating and embarrassing to see one of the bikes topple over and then if it takes out others .....
On grass or pavement, we need to prevent the falling. We spend to much time on our bikes for them to be damaged by something so easily fixed and it could even jeopardize us being invited to future events. I urge all of us to think about purchasing or building something like this to hold up our bikes. We are too creative NOT to figure out some type of stand that will spit in the eye of the wind and allow the ever touching FreakBike fan to feel our pleasure."
24therroad .... "I agree chainsaw we all have great minds to build something similiar, I will get some pics of a stand i built even though its not adjustable."
